Mr. Parks was a member of Moline Family Campers.
Surviving are his wife; three daughters, Marie Carlson of Grinnell, Iowa, Diane Davenport of Moline and Carolyn Hook of Indian Head, Md.; two sons, Elliott of Washington, Ill., and Stanley of Glendale, Ariz.; 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Gladys Lawrick of East moline; and three brothers, Andrew, Harold and Louie, all of Moline.
